Referral Program Rules and Conditions

Details

A "Qualified Referral" is defined as a referral submission for a Company and specific contact person at said Company who has not been previously contacted by CareerNET® LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliates as a prospect or potential client. The referral submission must be referred to CareerNET between March 1, 2009 and July 31, 2009.

A Qualified Referral MUST be submitted via the CareerNET® ON Demand Referral Form; failure to do so unequivocally and without exception, relieves CareerNET from any responsibility to pay the referral payment.

A Referral Payment for Qualified Referrals is paid only after the referred Company has signed a one year or greater contract for the purchase of one or more solutions and / or services from CareerNET.

The referred Company and specific contact person at referred Company must represent the Company’s first contact with CareerNET. Companies and contacts who have been contacted previously via any means of communication do not constitute eligible or qualified entities for referral payments.

The referrer must agree to have his/her name used for introduction purposes with the Company being referred.

CareerNET shall not be obligated to accept any referral, and CareerNET shall have sole and complete discretion over whether to enter into a relationship with a referral.

CareerNET shall have no obligation to pay a referral payment on any referral that does not purchase a product or service.

Employees of CareerNET as well as other representatives, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies (and the immediate family members of each of them and others living in the same household) are not eligible to receive a referral payment.

Payment amount may vary, depending on products and/or services purchased; and payments are taxable income.

Since there may be duplication of Companies and specific contact persons referred to us, both from other people providing referrals, and by our own solicitations who may already be working with us, CareerNET reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine if a referral payment is due, and to whom.

CareerNET LLC reserves the right to modify the terms of this Referral Program at anytime and for any reason.
